About the Role

As a Service Delivery Controller, you have the opportunity to launch your career in the rail industry.

You will be trained to monitor, manage, and deliver services, working within a team to ensure all our services run safely on time and efficiently.

This position suits an individual with a 'Can Do' attitude who is willing to learn how the Rail Industry operates while working in a fast-paced environment.

As a casual role, you must have flexibility to work rotating 12hr shifts including day and night shifts along with weekends for the first couple of months, then move into a casual roster working ad hoc shifts and assisting with leave coverage.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholders across operations
  • Entering detailed data into transport management systems
  • Directing crew movement to minimize travel and delay services
  • Identifying incidents and managing disruptions to return to plan
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
