Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Healius. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and care to our patients, referring practitioners, and work colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and care to patients, referring practitioners, and work colleagues.
  • Manage Medical imaging exam bookings.
  • Perform general clerical duties.
  • Efficiently manage patient records with exceptional data entry skills.
  • Maintain courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals.
  • Handle billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
