We are currently seeking a casual medical receptionist to work across Ringwood private hospital, Black Burn South, South-eastern private hospital, and Glen Waverly.

This is a Casual position, and would require someone who is available to work full time hours (38 hours per week).

As a Medical Receptionist your key priority is to provide the best service and care to our patients. Your day to day responsibilities involve a variety of clerical duties, including the provision of exceptional customer service including: patient registration booking appointments, Medicare claims and completion of work summary.

You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service to our patients, referring practitioners and work colleagues and want to work as part of our motivated, flexible, and close-knit team.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including :

Providing exceptional customer service and care, including greeting patients at the front desk, and handling incoming telephone calls. Managing Medical imaging exam bookings. Performing general clerical duties. Efficiently managing patient records with exceptional data entry skills. Maintaining courteous communication with other receptionists, referring doctors, and medical professionals. Handling billing and banking tasks related to Medicare, DVA, health funds, and work cover.
