Insurance Business Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a challenging and rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have strong insurance domain knowledge and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new insurance product releases.
  • Assessing and documenting impacts on systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Working closely with another BA within the function to ensure alignment and consistency across deliverables.
  • Translating business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation.
  • Assisting in testing, validation, and implementation of new product releases.
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on process improvements and system changes.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of BA outputs with minimal supervision.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, preferably in commercial products.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal coaching from clients.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in system impact analysis and process improvement initiatives.
  • Comfortable working alongside other BAs in a collaborative environment.
