Agile Team Facilitator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Agile facilitator to join our Melbourne-based team. As an enabler for effective software development using Agile Methodology, you will be responsible for driving the Agile process and ensuring all scrum processes are executed as intended.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Protecting the team from barriers to successful implementation and maintaining focus on tasks at hand
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to maximize productivity by maintaining the backlog and release plans, publishing reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress

You will work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills enable effective facilitation of collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and sponsors.

A key aspect of this role is to remove impediments, reduce cycle time, and increase quality through regular Scrum ceremonies and coaching of team members. You will also conduct retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the Scrum process.
