Project Coordination Lead

About the Role

As a highly experienced professional, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and resources are managed effectively through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate large-scale project implementations, managing multiple stakeholders and vendors.
  • Develop and implement project plans, identifying key risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to drive adoption, leveraging clear communication and change management best practices.
  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless data integration and migration readiness.
  • Track and report project progress to senior leadership, highlighting critical milestones and performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • Proven ERP implementation experience (NetSuite or equivalent), preferably with WMS/retail integrations.
  • Strong track record of delivering complex transformation projects across multiple phases.
  • Experience in retail or warehouse environments, with knowledge of fulfillment and multi-store operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and vendor relationship building skills.
  • Business process analysis and improvement expertise.
  • Proven ability to drive change management and adoption across teams.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills, with experience presenting to executives.
