About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving long-term business growth targets and having accountability for the budget and planning. You will be the primary contact to the Client's senior marketing team and work collaboratively with clients, agency resources, and account teams.

  • Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
  • Job Description: The Strategic Business Development Leader will be responsible for overall service and profitability of assigned accounts. They will bring smart thinking to the client while operating for agency growth and profitability. They will maintain a big picture view and think creatively to solve problems, especially when dealing with complex marketing challenges.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to author a high-level POV weaving in data, analysis, and insight. They will also have the ability to pull together the right people to solve the client's marketing problems.
