The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Team. As a key player in our growth and client acquisition strategy, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, and establishing strong relationships with potential partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to attract and integrate new suppliers into our dynamic marketplace.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a strong understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  2. Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  3. Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies.
  4. Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges.
  5. Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to close deals and ensure both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.

  • Competitive base salary $140 - $160 + super.
