The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team, responsible for identifying and securing new clients, developing innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, and establishing strong relationships with potential suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers, tailored to their specific business models and market segments.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
  • Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision, focusing on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers, conducting meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and positioning ArchiPro as the go-to platform for reaching a highly targeted and engaged audience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in advertising and media sales, with a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  • Proven experience in business development, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
  • Industry knowledge, with a deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary $140 - $160 + super.
  • 10% uncapped commission on all sales, with great earning potential, and top performers earning $300k +.

  • Long service 'ArchiVersary' leave, with an extra leave day for every year of service, up to 5 weeks annual leave after 5 years.
