About the Role

  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers, tailored to their specific business models and market segments.
  • Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish strong, ongoing relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
  • Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision. Focus on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the ArchiPro platform.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Position ArchiPro as the go-to platform for reaching a highly targeted and engaged audience.

Requirements

  1. Proven Experience in Advertising and Media: Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
  2. Proven Experience in Business Development: Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
  3. Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
  4. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
  5. Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
