We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Associate to join our team at Manly Pacific. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with menu offerings, making recommendations and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the kitchen can fulfill orders effectively.
  • Ensure dockets are written clearly and correctly for inputting into the POS system.
  • Check ordered meals on collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests promptly, maintaining temperature and appearance.
  • Maintain knowledge of and operate within the Food Safety Program, including awareness of allergies and dietary requirements.
  • Maintain clean and neat presentation of the bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing, and daily procedures.
Requirements
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming.
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail and a positive attitude.
  • Confident and articulate communication, negotiation, relationship, and networking skills.
  • Awareness of food safety practices preferred.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
