Food and Beverage Operations Manager

Accor is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Manly Pacific. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the food and beverage service function to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to ensure optimal profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and liquor licensing guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
- Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and cost control.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
