
Professional Customer Support Specialist

Job Opportunity:
">- We are seeking a customer-focused professional to join our organization as a Customer Service Specialist.
- This role is perfect for someone who enjoys assisting clients and providing excellent service.
In this position, you will be responsible for offering first-line support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will assist with inquiries related to our products and services, provide product guidance, and respond to customer communications in a timely manner.
">As a subject matter expert on our products, you will also be required to log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from customers in our service management system. Additionally, you will provide proactive and timely progress and status updates to clients and contribute to a positive business relationship with them.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist customers with questions about our products and services
- Provide product guidance
- Respond to customer communications, including phone calls, emails, and web forms
- Liaise with product teams to provide customer feedback for improvements
- Log, track, update, and resolve all service requests from customers
- Provide proactive and timely progress and status updates to clients
- Act as a subject matter expert on our products
Requirements:
">- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within a technology company
- Strong focus on customer service
- Attention to detail
- High standard of written and communication skills
- Passionate about exceeding personal and team goals
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
