* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
* Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (support, sales, or customer success)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in using technology and software applications (e.g., CRM, helpdesk tools)
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
