Job Title: Senior Fabrication Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fabrication Operations Manager to lead our fabrication and production operations in a full-time, permanent role based in Western Australia.

The Role Overview

This is a senior leadership opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong trade or fabrication background who has risen through the ranks. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of workshop management, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of fabrication and production activities, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and develop workshop personnel to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project teams to streamline workflow and resolve challenges.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience as a Production Manager in the OEM mining industry.
  • Proven background in fabrication and workshop operations - trade-qualified candidates preferred.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Solid understanding of safety, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising standards.
