This pivotal role will oversee a team of 10–30 staff and manage an annual revenue stream of approximately $5 million.We are looking for a leader who can inject fresh energy, implement operational excellence, and drive business growth.
This is a rare opportunity for someone with proven leadership experience to step into a role with the potential to head the division into the future.Key Responsibilities· Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10–30 staff to deliver consistent high-quality service.
· Oversee day-to-day contract delivery, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations.
· Manage budgets, resources, and workflows to optimize efficiency and profitability.
· Build strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
· Identify opportunities to improve performance, expand service offerings, and deliver sustainable growth.
· Report on KPIs, contract outcomes, and financial performance to senior management.
· Champion safety, compliance, and best practice across all operations.About You· Demonstrated experience in site management, contract management, or operational leadership within construction, facilities, or maintenance services.
· Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing revenues in the multi-million-dollar range.
· Proven ability to turn around underperforming operations and deliver measurable growth.
· Exceptional people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
· A strategic thinker, capable of positioning the division for long-term success.
· Must have proven experience in SMP (Structural, Mechanical, and Piping) and fabrication.
