We are seeking an experienced and skilled Residential Property Valuer to join our team. As a key member of our property services group, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional property valuation services to our clients.

About the Role
  • As a Residential Property Valuer, you will be responsible for conducting valuations of residential properties throughout the Central West & Central Tablelands region.
  • You will possess a strong understanding of valuation methodologies and principles, with sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional deadline and time management skills, as well as efficiency with technologies and information systems, are essential.
  • You will work closely with our team to develop business opportunities and assist in establishing solid working relationships within the industry.
Requirements
  1. A current membership of the Australian Property Institute (API) is required.
  2. RPV or CPV accreditation is highly regarded.
  3. An Australian driver's licence and own personal motor vehicle are necessary for travel throughout the region.
  4. A Federal Police Clearance is also required.
