Senior Valuation Advisor Opportunity

This senior valuation advisor role is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to join our team and take on challenging valuations projects. Our clients rely on us to provide expert advice on complex business transactions, financial instruments, and compliance matters.

  • Support the preparation of independent Expert Reports and Fairness Opinions for shareholders on transaction terms;

  • Assist in preparing financial reporting and tax valuations, including purchase price allocations, fair value assessments for infrastructure and private equity funds, impairment testing, and share option valuations;

  • Participate in portfolio business reviews to identify value improvement and inform investment decisions;

  • Stay current with industry trends, valuation methodologies, and regulatory changes to provide informed and innovative advice;

  • Collaborate with senior team members and mentor juniors through training, coaching, and feedback to deliver high-quality client services while developing your own valuation expertise;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in core business valuations and managing and delivering client engagements across diverse industries;

  • Ability to provide transaction-focused valuation advice, including deal value assessment, cost of capital analysis, and capital management strategies;

  • Skilled in market research, data analysis, financial modeling, project management, and preparing high-quality client deliverables;

  • Good consulting capabilities and client relationship skills to manage engagements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality outcomes;

  • Relevant qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA Finsia, MBA, Masters in Finance, Applied Finance, or similar;
