Agribusiness Valuation Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Agribusiness Valuation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will play a critical role in providing valuation services for agribusiness-based properties across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality valuation services for a diverse range of agribusiness properties.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with private, corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
  • Deliver exceptional valuation results through a best-in-class quality assurance platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the Agribusiness Transaction team to drive business growth.
  • Travel to regional and remote areas of Western Australia to conduct site visits and client meetings.
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance business development and client engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with other service lines across the organization to complete valuation work for mutual clients.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion into new geographic locations and product lines.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API) and Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) qualification.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to generate information that informs sound business decisions.
