Valuations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Valuations Specialist to join our esteemed team in Perth. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the delivery of high-quality valuations solutions on a wide range of challenging projects.

This role offers an environment where you can leverage your expertise and knowledge to drive commercially-focused valuations outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a team of experts to provide robust accounting valuation assessments, research, and advice to clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality accounting valuation reports and advise clients on valuation methodologies
  • Conduct thorough accounting valuation assessments based on industry standards and best practices
  • Provide value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends, and market conditions
  • Collaborate with clients to compile Independent Expert Reports (or Fairness opinions)
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as Business/Commerce, Accounting, or Finance, or other relevant professional qualification(s)
  • Substantial accounting valuations experience, preferably gained within an accounting, boutique valuations, or investment firm setting
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • A self-motivated working style with a sense of ownership and pride in your work
  • High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and dedication to producing high-quality work
