Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to advance your career in agribusiness valuation?

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Agribusiness professional to join our dynamic team based in Perth. As a senior member of our Valuation & Advisory Services team, you will be responsible for valuing a broad range of rural property types, including dryland and irrigated cropping, high rainfall and pastoral grazing, dairy, equine, poultry, forestry, vineyards, wineries, horticulture, post farm gate infrastructure, and water entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Agribusiness Valuations: Conduct thorough and accurate valuations of agricultural properties across Western Australia.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Agribusiness Transaction team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Travel: Travel to regional and remote areas of Western Australia as required.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand business and contribute to the growth of our Agribusiness division.

Qualifications:

  • An Associate Member of the API and a Registered Valuer with at least 5 years' experience post CPV qualification.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Valid Australian drivers' license.
  • Commercial awareness of strategy formulation and implementation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to generate information for sound business decisions.
