Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster innovation in digital service delivery while upholding human-centered design principles
  • Establish and maintain service quality standards and evaluation frameworks
  • Pilot and evaluate new services
  • Monitor outcomes and implement continuous improvement processes
  • Ensure accessible services for diverse communities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
  • At least 5 years' experience in service delivery, healthcare systems, or technology-enabled service delivery
  • Demonstrated expertise in co-design processes and family-centered service development
  • Strong project management experience with complex multi-stakeholder projects
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance frameworks, and safety protocol development
