Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Service Leader to join our team. This is a key role that will involve leading daily service operations across a premium venue.

About the Role

The successful candidate will champion guest experience, coach and roster teams, uphold service standards, and partner closely with the kitchen and beverage leads to deliver smooth, profitable services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and roster FOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Oversee floor operations, section allocations, reservations and waitlist management
  • Drive sequence-of-service, table-touches, upselling and guest recovery protocols
  • Collaborate with Bar/Beverage and Culinary leaders on menu launches and service coordination
  • Manage labour against budgets; interpret daily/weekly P&L and service KPIs
  • Maintain compliance with RSA/RSF, incident reporting and safety protocols
  • Recruit, onboard and develop team members; run pre-shift briefs and training
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2–3 years' recent leadership experience in a premium restaurant or bar
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage service standards and handle guest recovery
  • Working knowledge of labour planning, budgets, stock and POS systems
  • Strong wine/spirits and food knowledge with confident, guest-facing communication
  • Current NSW RSA (or ability to obtain before start)
