Operational Talent Specialist

We are seeking a talented professional to drive targeted candidate attraction strategies, run a rigorous certification program, and deliver seamless onboarding. This individual will balance strategy and execution to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certification & Employee Onboarding:
    • Design, run, and continuously improve the certification framework that validates each expert's technical capability, quality, and cultural fit.
    • Develop clear assessment criteria, rubrics, and validation processes that uphold our high bar for quality.
    • Create end-to-end onboarding programs, including training, resources, and workflows, that set new experts and employees up for success from day one.
  • Resource Allocation:
    • Match talent to work by overseeing and optimizing our pairing framework, ensuring verified skills align with each customer's needs.
    • Deliver clear briefs, context, and communication protocols to internal teams to ensure smooth transitions between teams and experts.
    • Maintain visibility over talent availability and assign the right experts at the right time to meet demand efficiently and reliably.
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Proactively identify and recruit high performers through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
    • Execute talent attraction strategies and maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of top-tier candidates.
    • Collaborate with our marketing team to communicate our value proposition and growth pathways, attracting standout talent who align with our mission and values.
Requirements:
  • Operational Expertise: 1-2 years experience in business operations or people operations/HR in a dynamic environment.
  • Process Design: Capable of designing, implementing, and improving processes that drive operational efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate technical requirements and performance feedback.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Critical Thinking & Innovation: A curious mindset with strong critical thinking skills to spot process inefficiencies and drive meaningful change.
