  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies for growing and maintaining online communities.
  • Analyse and report on community performance metrics to inform future decisions.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver engaging campaigns and promotions.

  • Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration, customer service, or a community-related role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences and platforms.
  • Experience with managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
  • Able to demonstrate expertise in community leadership and social media analytics.

  • Bonus Points:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and social listening platforms (Brandwatch, Mention, Hootsuite Insights).
