Leading the way in residential construction, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a crucial role as our General Manager. With a strong background in management and operations, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive operational strategies that drive optimal performance and continuous improvement.

">About the Opportunity
  • You will work closely with our senior leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders to strategize improvements and a longer-term vision for operations, including drafting / production estimating/project delivery people and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement across operations teams, setting clear KPIs and collaborating closely with frontline leaders and their teams.
  • Benchmark service standards and contribute to the delivery of high-impact customer experiences.
  • Design, implement and optimize team structures to ensure resources are deployed in the most efficient and effective manner.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to the company's growth and expansion.

">Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant management and operational experience coupled with tertiary level qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the residential construction industry, with broad exposure across sales/drafting/estimating/construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and operational execution abilities.
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Embrace diversity and create inclusive teams.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Approach all processes with a continuous improvement mindset.
