Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced operations leader to drive optimal performance and continuous improvement in our Sydney operations.

About the Opportunity:

  • The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with our objectives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • This role involves strategising improvements and a longer-term vision for operations, including drafting/project delivery people and processes.
  • You will drive continuous improvement across teams, setting clear goals and collaborating closely with leaders and their teams.
  • Benchmark service standards and contribute to delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Design, implement and optimise team structures to ensure resources are deployed effectively.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can contribute to our growth and expansion.
  • Inspire, coordinate, and drive the performance of the team, and elevate performance through mentoring and coaching.

About You:

  • You will share our purpose and be aligned to our core values: better together, accountability, respect for people, and thinking bigger.
  • In addition, you will have over 10 years of relevant management and operational experience, along with tertiary qualifications.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within residential construction, with broad exposure to sales, drafting, estimating, and construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and operational execution abilities.
  • Demonstrate an innovative approach to solving problems.
  • Create inclusive teams and foster diversity.
  • Hold yourself and others accountable.
  • Approach all processes with a mindset of continuous improvement.
