We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

The COO will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization. You will work closely with the CEO to develop and implement strategic plans, drive business outcomes, and ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable systems, processes, and infrastructure to support business growth
  • Oversee customer delivery, asset operations, and partner network growth to achieve commercial performance targets
  • Lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams across product, technology, operations, and delivery (from 30 to 150 people)
  • Ensure strong alignment between commercial performance and investor/partner expectations
  • Shape and embed a values-driven, high-performance culture that drives innovation and excellence

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in operations or general management within a scale-up or high-growth environment
  • Background in logistics, challenger brands, hardware, and/or clean/green tech
  • Proven ability to scale multi-disciplinary teams and implement systems in complex environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of agile product development and platform strategy
  • Experience with infrastructure deployment, distributed assets, WHS compliance, and partner networks
