This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned IT professional to take on the role of Microsoft 365 and Infrastructure Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and supporting Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Intune, M365 platform, Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft AI tools. They will also possess strong technical skills in areas such as Active Directory, Conditional Access, Purview and Defender XDR.
In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual who can contribute to the continuous improvement and better practice of our team.
About the Role- Manage, monitor and provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft products.
- Provide support and advice on new implementations and strategies for M365 best practices.
- Administer and troubleshoot M365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Platform.
- Use auto deployment and security tools to manage the infrastructure.
- Provide level 2 and 3 support.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and better practice.
