Advanced Microsoft 365 Specialist

About this Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 specialist to manage, monitor and support our Microsoft 365 and related technologies infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage, monitor and provide technical support for Microsoft 365
- Support the underpinning infrastructure using auto deployment and security tools
- Provide level 2 and 3 support
- Contribute to continuous improvement, better practice and implementing efficiencies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing Microsoft Operating Systems, Intune, M365 platform and Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience in managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access
- Ability to consult on M365 products and proven experience in providing SME advice
- Strong oral communication skills and a people-focused attitude
