Job Summary

This role requires a seasoned Exchange Expert to oversee the implementation of Exchange solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and deploying complex Microsoft 365 environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Exchange migration plans from conceptualization to delivery.
  • Utilize advanced PowerShell scripting techniques to automate administrative tasks, enhance efficiency, and optimize Microsoft 365 implementations.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on Exchange and Microsoft 365 applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Microsoft 365 strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure the security, compliance, and scalability of Microsoft 365 environments through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
  • Design and deliver training programs for clients on Microsoft 365 applications, promoting user adoption and digital transformation.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of Exchange Server architecture, including design principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing complex Microsoft 365 migrations.
  • Expert-level proficiency in PowerShell scripting, with ability to create custom scripts and automate administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with Exchange Management Shell (PowerShell) and its application in Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online architecture, including hybrid deployments and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange admin center, and Entra ID (Azure AD), with ability to navigate and configure settings.
