Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage, monitor and support Microsoft 365 and related Microsoft technologies.

About the Role:
  • The Infrastructure Engineer will be responsible for managing, monitoring and providing technical support for Microsoft 365, Microsoft products and supporting the underpinning infrastructure.
  • Providing support and advice to the organisation surrounding new implementations and strategies for supporting M365 best practices.
  • Managing Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender XDR.
  • M365 administration and troubleshooting (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform).
  • Managing the infrastructure using auto deployment and security tools.
  • Provides level 2 and 3 support.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement, better practice and implementing efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience managing, configuring, monitoring and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems, Microsoft Intune, M365 platform, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft AI tools.
  • Experience in managing, configuring Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Conditional Access, Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Defender XDR.
  • Ability to consult on M365 products and proven experience in providing SME advice on better practice, efficiencies, improvement and technical implementation.
  • Strong oral communications skills, willingness to share learning with the team and a people-focused attitude.
  • Experience in automation.
  • Experience administering VMware.
  • Experience with scripting in PowerShell.
