We are seeking a skilled clinician to join our team in incident management.

The role of a clinician in this context is critical in providing support to individuals and organizations affected by traumatic events. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical skills, including the ability to assess and manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver psychological first aid and trauma-informed interventions to clients and organizations.

  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate client risk and promote resilience.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements
  • Qualifications:

  • A registered health professional with current registration (AHPRA or AASW).

  • Relevant qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.

  • Experience:

  • A minimum of three years' experience as a clinician.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in computer systems an asset.
