Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing and executing multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, content, and search engines. You will work closely with our sales team to track and convert leads, ensuring that we meet our monthly pipeline and lead generation targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Create and distribute engaging content across multiple channels, including blog posts, email newsletters, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
