Tree Care Professional Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Tree Care Professional to oversee the management of our tree inventory. This role involves overseeing site inspections, coordinating tree planting and pruning activities, monitoring and reporting on tree health and condition, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Inspect trees to identify health issues and develop plans for maintenance and removal
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate tree care activities
  • Monitor and report on tree health and condition to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Maintain accurate records of tree data, including species, location, and maintenance history

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in arboriculture, horticulture, or a related field
  • Experience working with trees, preferably in a management or maintenance capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks such as climbing trees and lifting equipment
