Performance Marketing Creative Director

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Performance Marketing Creative Director to oversee our global, multi-channel performance campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing ideas-led, performance-first creative campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned creative leader to join our team and make a significant contribution to our marketing efforts. As a Performance Marketing Creative Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing high-performing, data-driven creative strategies across multiple channels.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of creatives to deliver innovative and effective campaigns.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns that drive business growth.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work demonstrating their ability to drive performance and creativity in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a performance marketing agency or in-house team.
  • A strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Display.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement data-driven creative strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of creatives.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
