Senior Consultant Role
We're seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our close-knit group, you'll partner with senior leaders to design solutions for organisational challenges.
About the Role- Co-design solutions for strategic and organisational challenges related to Organisational Design, Change Management, Transformation and more.
- Own the delivery of project workstreams including planning, facilitation, analysis, design, and execution.
- Build strong client relationships and help cultivate new ones.
- Contribute to the Q5 community by supporting onboarding, mentoring, and sharing knowledge.
- 3-5 years of experience in Organisation Design, Transformation or Change Management within a consulting firm or relevant industry roles in Australia.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Strong communicator with solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident facilitator and presenter.
- Proficient with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and insight generation.
- Intellectually curious, commercially astute, and passionate about improving organisations.
- Ability to build and manage trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
