EV Infrastructure Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled EV Infrastructure Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling, documentation, and deliveries of service work across our EV infrastructure.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing technicians, contractors, and clients. They will also possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

In this role, you will use advanced IT systems to schedule technicians and align jobs with customer timelines. You will track and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, maintain and review documentation for compliance and contractor onboarding, and verify purchase orders and support invoice approvals.

You will also be responsible for keeping job and service tickets up to date, accurate, and closed out quickly. Additionally, you will identify and communicate fault patterns to the broader team and support and maintain our workplace health & safety standards across operations.

This is a full-time role based in our Port Melbourne office, with a hybrid working model. To be successful in this role, you must be an Australian Citizen or hold Permanent Residency.
