Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Designer to join our design team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in crafting experiences that delight our users.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create products that meet user needs and business goals. You will champion the value of design, dive into research and analysis, and help define problems we're solving.

  • Design Practice: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop phased design approaches, build prototypes, and ensure design quality during sprints.
  • Design Research: Identify opportunities for user research, participate in planning and conducting research and testing, and synthesize data to inform design decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Influence and support designers to deliver exceptional product experiences, contribute to strategic product initiatives, and facilitate team workshops.

  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality outcomes contributing to business value
  • Experience across the entire design process with mastery in executing elegant interfaces
  • Experience building and iterating on a product or experience based on customer usage patterns
  • Strong desire to share design thinking combined with openness to collaborate
