The role focuses on leading the Developer Experience domain across a customer base of over 150,000 businesses worldwide.

This position is based in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of elegant solutions to help developers navigate complex spaces.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams across various financial products and services.
  • Balance customer needs with business strategy to drive meaningful product growth.
  • Oversee the entire developer lifecycle, including UX and workflow optimization, product design, planning, and go-to-market considerations.
  • Communicate product strategy effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze complex problems using data and first-principles insights to guide decisions.
  • Collaborate in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams and engage in architectural discussions with engineering groups.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another STEM discipline.
  • Experience in product management, ideally within Developer Experience or highly technical fields.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to inform decisions with data and first-principles insights.
  • Drive, grit, and persistence to own and move ideas to reality in short timeframes.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
