Job Opportunity: Senior Product Designer

Xero's Design Team crafts tax experiences across the globe, working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. As a Senior Product Designer, you'll help shift our US tax product suite from market fit to differentiated products, leveraging AI and automation capabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to champion design value, conduct research, and define problems to solve.
  • Design accessible interfaces, explore innovative interactions, and build prototypes.
  • Participate in user research, synthesize data, and contribute to user testing.
  • Influence, challenge, and support designers to deliver exceptional product experiences.
Required Skills:
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality outcomes contributing to business value.
  • Experience across the entire design process, with mastery in executing elegant interfaces.
  • Experience building and iterating on products based on customer usage patterns.
  • A strong desire to share design thinking and collaborate with others.
