Chef Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead kitchen teams as a Sous Chef, Head Chef or Executive Chef to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences for residents and guests.
  • Manage kitchen operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments with experience in managing teams, rostering, ordering, budgeting, and ensuring high standards of Food Safety.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (must provide evidence)
  • Legal right to work in Australia (sponsorship not available)
  • Experience in bulk/batch cooking (DIDO/FIFO experience preferred)
  • Leadership experience supervising chefs and kitchen staff
  • Skills in rostering, ordering, and budgeting
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screening
  • Current Driver's License
