About the Role

As a leader in our remote village dining program, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food and dining experiences for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage kitchen operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
  2. Lead team members, manage rostering, ordering, budgeting, and ensure high standards of food safety.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (with evidence).
  • Legal right to work in Australia (sponsorship not available).
  • Experience in bulk/batch cooking, preferably in DIDO/FIFO roles.
  • Leadership experience supervising chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Skills in rostering, ordering, and budgeting.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug screening.
  • Current Driver's License.
