You will be responsible for the effective management of all aspects of our accommodation village, ensuring a high standard of service for our guests. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 14 days on, 7 days off roster. Prior experience in remote site management is preferred, however candidates with strong hospitality management and stakeholder engagement skills will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and assist in managing all departments, including Accommodation, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Facilities Maintenance.
  • Lead and support a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the other managers to oversee staffing, training, and development.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety (OHS) standards, company policies, and client expectations.
  • Assist in managing any stock control and ordering.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment and facilities are in optimal condition.
  • Conduct staff performance reviews and, oversee procedures in line with company policies.
  • Implement strategies to improve staff engagement and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-4 years of managerial experience in hospitality, accommodation, or facility management.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Experience with stakeholder and client management in a service-oriented environment.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional administrative and computer and software skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance, safety, and regulatory requirements within the hospitality industry.
  • Food safety supervisors license and RSA would be advantageous but not compulsory.
  • Ability to undergo a police check.
  • A current Manual Driver's License.
