Opportunities exist for a seasoned risk professional to spearhead the development and implementation of an effective enterprise-wide governance framework.

The successful candidate will have an advanced understanding of risk management best practices and be able to champion their application across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and managing a robust risk management framework
  • Developing and delivering training programs to enhance risk awareness and capability
  • Fostering a business culture that values integrity, conformance, transparency, accountability, and excellence

Additional duties involve working closely with senior executives, project teams, and business functions to identify, mitigate, monitor, and report on strategic risks. The ideal candidate will also contribute to and inform discussions around risk management.

This is a permanent full-time role requiring excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as the ability to work with ambiguity and drive continuous improvement.

Applicants should possess a deep understanding of the health care ecosystem in NSW and the role that Health Infrastructure plays within it.
