**Job Overview**

The role of a Property Development Manager involves overseeing the development process from opportunity identification to sign-off and procurement of development approvals.

Key Responsibilities include liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, sourcing and evaluating properties aligning with growth strategy, negotiating new sites leases and purchases, providing specialist advice for operational functionality and strategic planning, and preparing business cases, feasibility assessments, and presentations for stakeholders and the Board.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including senior management and external partners.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to inform property acquisition decisions and drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue opportunities that align with our business goals.
  • Drive effective communication and information sharing across the organization to ensure seamless execution of projects.
