Your role
As Property Manager, you will be managing a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail assets. You'll deliver solid service to landlords and tenants, keeping each property well-managed and compliant with support from the team and partners. Attitude is key in this role. Our client will consider strong Residential Property Managers wanting to step up into Commercial Property.
Your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:
Prior experience in Property Management (commercial real estate preferred)
Solid communication and conflict resolution skills
An eagerness to learn and grow
Tech savvy with experience using Re-Leased and Inspection Manager
Strong understanding of leases, ESM, property inspections, rent reviews, and arrears
Confidence in managing relationships and juggling priorities
