About Us

We are a small real estate business with a passion for property. We are looking to expand to our team and are looking for an organised and motivated person (a go getter) to join our small team as a part time property manager.

Qualifications & Experience
- You will be a driven individual, self-motivated, focused and willing to work as part of a friendly team
- You must hold a current Class 2 real estate licence - or certificate of registration
- You will have exceptional time management skills and the ability to multi task
- You must own a current drivers licence
- You must provide evidence of experience in a similar role

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Routine inspections, including ingoing, periodic and outgoing
- Open for Inspections & Private Inspections
- Repairs & maintenance
- Perfect communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
- Leasing and attending to lease sign ups
