Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Leasing and Acquisitions Team, you will be responsible for sourcing and delivering new properties to our portfolio via lease or acquisition, as well as managing all lease agreements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property or a related field, with experience in leasing, sales, and/or business development. You will be responsible for identifying and provisioning housing that meets the required standards for Defence members and their families and other Government agencies.

  • Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, preparing regular reports, and providing expert advice on DHA Lease Agreements, acquisition contracts, and the real estate market.
  • You will work under limited direction and be self-motivated, ensuring the strategic plan is delivered and that all lease and contractual requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
