About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator to join our Bidding Energy & Resources Team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of tender responses and assisting the Bid Director and team to define, schedule, and collate all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Bid Director and team in defining, scheduling, and collating all deliverables
  • Develop and maintain connections with internal and external stakeholders while acting as the central contact for all bid-related inquiries and communications
  • Presentation of tender submissions, including layout, graphics, and delivery of printed or electronic submissions
  • Organize and draft agendas for meetings, assist in minute-taking, and develop presentations
  • Maintain data for portal folders
  • Work to tight deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
  • Highly competent writer and wordsmith
  • Experience with graphic design
  • Marketing and sales experience preferable
  • Highly organized and always thinking one step ahead
